Jack Fisher

Founder & CEO

Jack Fisher has spent the last 20 years of his career working in the commercial real estate industry, serving private equity investment groups, individuals, and non-profit groups in addition to development of Sawhorse’s own portfolio of investments.
His experience and vision drives Sawhorse’s strategy for identifying acquisition and development opportunities by understanding location/demographics, bringing together the right team of architects, designers and consultants to create one-of-a-kind places and experiences.
Jack’s specialization in value-add, adaptive re-use properties is further enhanced by his extensive experience through the years in a  variety of roles including planning and entitlement work, estimating and pre-construction due diligence, project management, and construction administration.
He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University, a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from University of Colorado-Denver, a LEED Accredited Professional certification and has his Colorado Commercial Brokerage License.
Jack enjoys any/all outdoor activities with friends, including competition bbq, rock climbing and camping. Jack is also immensely privileged to have served as an advisory board member to Mile High Workshop, located in Denver.
